This page is a collection of the "What's new" information included at each update.
Version 3.007
STEP component selection — selecting specific components from a multi-component STEP file is now preserved when a saved setup is reopened and recomputed (previously the whole part could be meshed).
Clear cache — clearing the server cache now re-uploads your STEP geometry automatically on the next redraw, with no page reload needed.
Missing STEP files — if your setup references a STEP file that is no longer on the server, redraw and analysis now stop with a clear message naming the file instead of silently meshing partial geometry.
Version 3.006
Solo and Team plans — support for locally-hosted deployments: Solo (single-user, self-hosted) and Team (on-premises with shared access for team members).
Panel zoom — pinch-to-zoom on touch devices scales the side panel independently of the 3D view; Ctrl+/Ctrl−/Ctrl+0 does the same on keyboards. Zoom level is remembered between sessions.
New tune examples — additional tuning analyses added to the Examples menu.
Reliability fixes — fixed an authentication race condition that could cause File > Save to fail with a 401 error after the session was idle; fixed convergence analysis failing when run immediately after loading a project from file (geometry was not re-uploaded to the server).
Version 3.005
Faster STEP uploads — STEP files are now checked against the server cache before uploading, so repeated analyses with the same geometry skip the upload entirely.
Version update notice — if a new server version is available, Help/About now shows a notice instead of silently reloading the page and losing unsaved work.
Reliability fixes — prevented concurrent job submissions (double-click or rapid resubmit), and improved cache file cleanup on error or cancellation.
Version 3.004
Section planes — improved clarity on how section planes are saved (including option to save all) and displayed.
Firefox file save — revised order of dialogs during file save (file select first) to support Firefox browser.
Version 3.003
Example download — examples now load from cache when available, so repeat downloads are instant.
Export setup — a new export saves a minimal snapshot of your model settings, making it easy to share or reproduce a simulation.
Version 3.002
Display controls — new options in the Display menu: a Perspective toggle switches between perspective and orthographic projection, and Standard views checkboxes (INIT, X, Y, Z) snap the camera to preset orientations. INIT restores the fitted view from when the model was loaded; manual rotation, pan, or zoom clears the selection.
Delete confirmation — clicking the × button on a geometry or material tab now asks for confirmation before removing it.
New examples — complete stack at 4 mm (Pro) and 2.8 mm (Max) added to the Examples menu.
Version 3.001
Components group — a new shape library for parts that are more complex than simple primitive shapes but are not complete sonotrodes. Includes two new shapes: Chamfered hollow cylinder and Radiused hollow cylinder, both supporting solid or hollow cross-sections with optional end features.
Metric counterbore added to the Cutters group, with presets for M3–M20 per ISO 4762.
New examples — cleaning transducer and welding transducer added to the Examples menu.
