These terms govern your use of SonoAnalyzer, operated by Power Ultrasonics. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use SonoAnalyzer. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or server assignment restrictions
- Submit data that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying infrastructure
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Geometry models, analysis results, and other content you submit remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the service. We retain ownership of the SonoAnalyzer software and infrastructure.
AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, impose usage limits, or modify features with reasonable notice.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
SonoAnalyzer is provided "as is". Simulation results are provided for engineering guidance only. SonoAnalyzer must not be used as the basis for any safety-critical design, application, or decision. Results must be independently verified through physical testing and appropriate engineering review before any practical use. We make no warranty that results are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of SonoAnalyzer is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
