Power Ultrasonics ("we", "us", "our") operates SonoAnalyzer. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect
- Your email address and password (hashed) when you create an account
- Payment information — processed directly by Stripe; we do not store card details
- Usage data — job submissions, computation time, and peak memory usage, used for quota management and service improvement
- Geometry and analysis data you submit for computation — stored temporarily in our cache and deleted after 30 days of inactivity
How we use it
- To provide and operate the SonoAnalyzer service
- To manage your subscription and process payments via Stripe
- To enforce usage quotas and fair use limits
- To contact you about your account or changes to the service
- We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
Third parties
- Stripe handles payment processing and subscription management. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
- Computation jobs run on servers operated by us. Geometry and analysis data is not shared with any other third party.
Data retention
Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Cached computation results are deleted after 30 days of inactivity. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
